  The planetary cycloidal gear decelerator is a bdcelerating mechanism of advanced design and brand-new style and utilizing the principle for planet driving and the way of engaging with cycloidal gear and can be used as the edcelerating mechanism of various driving mechineries such as lifting ,transportation, mine, metallurgy,petro chemistry,textile,printing&dyeing,light industry.pharmacy,food machine and so on.

The whole driving device of the decelerator consists of three parts: input, decelerating and output

 Characteristics

1)      large ratio of transmission: it is 1/6～1/87;At first-stage deceleration, 1/99-1/7569 at second-stage deceleration, 1/2057-1/658530 at third-stage one. Combination for more stages can be used per request.

2)      High efficiency of transmission: the average efficiency can be up to over 90% due to the rolling engagement used on the engaging iocation of it.

3)      less volume, light weight: not only the principle of planet, which makes both input and output shafts on the same axes , but also the unique advantage to be integral with the motor by way of direct coupling make it characterized by compact structure, less volume, light weight etc.

4)      less failures, long durability: realized because of the bearing steel made main engaging parts, which present good mechanical and wearable performance, and plus the rolling friction.
